What is the benefit of purchasing from Recreation Connection?
Your employer has contracted with Recreation Connection to offer you exclusive
product offers and special discounts that are not available to the general public.
Select corporate employers are able to participate in the program. All of the
offers that are represented are either exclusive discounts, a special offer or
provide a special benefit.
Do I have to buy my tickets online?
Purchasing tickets online saves you time and money. We recommend that you
purchase your tickets in advance because of possible limited availability.

Do you have walk-up service locations where I can purchase my tickets?
Several walk-up service locations are available for ticket purchases in Los Angeles
and Orange County. Click here for the current

How do I create an account?

Do I need a special corporate access code?
No. You just merely need to put in your company’s name on the ticket order form.
Can I purchase tickets for family or friends?
Absolutely. Tickets make great gifts for birthdays, holidays and special occasions.
Do you guarantee the ticket price?
Prices, availability and offers are always subject to change at any time.
Unfortunately, we cannot control when our corporate retail partners change
their prices or product offerings.
Will I be receiving E-tickets or hard/paper tickets?
E-tickets are available for the majority of ticket offerings. Some product
offerings require that we mail (via UPS) the actual hard/paper tickets to you.
E-tickets issued by Recreation Connection are valid for redemption by the
individual ticket holder. Although some tickets may be name specific with
the purchaser’s name, the tickets may be gifted to another individual and
will be honored accordingly.
What are my payment choices?
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card.
Is there a service fee?
We charge a minimal processing fee on E-tickets. Ticket orders requiring shipment
via UPS include a minimal processing fee along with a shipping/handling fee.
Are tickets refundable?
No. All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
What if I receive the wrong ticket?
We make every effort to prevent mistakes but unfortunately sometimes it happens.
Please contact us immediately. We will do our best to rectify the situation in
a timely manner.
When will my ticket order be processed?
Some ticket orders may require manual processing to enable membership verification.
Please check your spam and/or junk mail folders as these types of documents may be sorted
into these folders. We are not responsible for delays due to power outages or computer
connectivity interruption. We do our best to process and ship all orders on the same day
they are placed however, we do not guarantee this.
- Orders received during normal business hours Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm
and weekends/holidays 7:30am – 2:00pm (Pacific Time) will be processed and mailed
the same business day.
- E-tickets are processed and sent to the E-mail address provided within (1) hour
after the order is received during normal business hours (see above). E-ticket orders
received after these hours will be processed the next business day, within (1) hour of
